606 Amazing Rajasthan Shekhawati Bishnoi Wedding Shawl Indian textiles Embroidery

Museum Quality Shekhwati Shawl – probably the most interesting ever made

Has 6 different saathiyos drawn in a single shawl while most have 6 repetitions of the same pattern.

Could the excellent banjara work on borders be suggesting an ethnographic connection or skill-import-vide-marriage or is it just a simple case of one group trying their hand at a stitch usually  used by Banjaras?

Amazing piece in very good condition
