Mrityor Ma Amritam Gamaya – Immortal Mr. Lee Kuan Yew

asato ma sat gamaya
tamaso ma jyotir gamaya
mrityorma amritam gamaya

Only a few are granted these wishes. Only the deserving. Only those who have made a difference to the world they leave behind. Only those who leave behind a positive balance of karma.

There has only been one like Mr. Lee Kuan Yew. I never thought I could cry so much at the passing of a political leader – of a country that I step into only at age 32.  I read his biography soon after and was swept off my feet by his thinking. He established the proverbial “Ram Rajya”  & Tagore’s dream in Singapore.

Am totally reverent of the father of Singapore.

He is immortal. Through his life’s work “Singapore” he will live on forever!
