The process was simple. Wedge in the butter knife, use it as a lever to pry the oyster open and behold the pearl!

Just a small footnote – this episode did not occur at a beach or riverside.

It happened in the financial district of one of the most modern cities in the world.

In one of the tallest buildings of the world.

At the top floor observation deck!

As I went up that superfast elevator, even with a thousand chances to guess, I would never have answered that THIS is what I would see at the top of the one of world’s tallest skyscrapers in Shanghai – the JinMao tower!

The world never ceases to surprise and delight me!
