Outdoor Museums

Could we call it that?

Maybe I need to check the definition of a museum.

Here’s a fabulous artwork cut out in rock in Sri Lanka:

In Kargil there is a similar one .. also rock cut images of Buddha. Similar size. Similar craft.

Amazing how the same idea came to groups separated by thousands of km.

So many intriguing stories lay hidden in the past!
