A Visit to The Golden Temple – Amritsar

One cannot go to Punjab and not go to the Golden Temple in Amritsar….

It is the highest place of worship for Sikhs but even for others, the serenity is palpable.

Amazing atmosphere, superb art and superb prasad.

Suggestion: Visit early morning to a) avoid the crowds b) see the  stunning beauty of the gold at sunrise!
